The Disguise of Kumiho is so very much prettier than the Cloak of Kea Feathers.
Ultimately, the looked to be about equal in my mind, so the decision was made by this: The spirit is wasted true, but I'm never having any mana problems, so the mp5 would end up being nearly as useless atm. But now the kisses hide sighs of pleasure, when the hand of another gives you pleasure with every movement up and down, as well as with the fingers that stroke the sensitive head, forcing you to whine against eagerly parted lips. In the end, I went with the Disguise of Kumiho. The stam for int trade is pretty much equal in my mind, 5 either way isn't going to make or break you as a healer.
Now, spirit is COMPLETELY USELESS for Holy Pallys, so the real trade off is 17mp5 for 13 haste, which is nearly the same amount of haste you gain from the cape enchant.
